2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12 at 7:00PM at the Calvary Bible Church (3245 Kalmia Ave in Boulder).

At this year’s AGM, we will be filling four open Board seats. The deadline to turn in completed applications for those interested in joining our Board of Directors is November 11, 2017. If interested, please review the Board Job Description and Conflict of Interest Policy prior to submitting an application.

Completed applications must be received by email to board@fcboulder.com and must include the following documents:

Board Member Application
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Gift Policy Disclosure

Another feature of the AGM is the revision or modification of club bylaws. A proposal to modify the Bylaws may be made by any club member by submitting the proposal in writing to the Club Secretary thirty (30) days in advance of the Annual General Meeting. Proposals for Bylaw modifications will be due by November 11, 2017 and should be sent to board@fcboulder.com.
