As Executive Director of FC Boulder, Adam is responsible for steering the club toward future growth while maintaining focus on the Club’s missions and values. He is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day activities within the Club and works closely with all staff members to insure the needs of the FC Boulder membership are being met. Prior to his appointment as Executive Director, Adam served the Club as Director of Operations and Competitive Boys’ Director of Coaching.

Adam has coached numerous competitive teams throughout the club. He began coaching in the fall of 2006 and has coached teams in each of the U11-U16 Boys age groups and theU9-U10 and U15-U18 Girls age groups. Adam has taken 7 teams to the Colorado State Cup Finals – winning 3 State Championships. In 2013, helped guide the U18 Girls to the US Club Soccer National Championship and in 2015, he coached the 2001 Boys to the US Club Soccer National Final Four.

Prior to joining FC Boulder, Adam spent six years as a member of the teaching faculty in the Department of Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has a Master of Science degree in Integrative Physiology (University of Colorado, 2004) and Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science (Wake Forest University, 2001). Adam has earned his Premier Diploma and Director of Coaching Diploma from the NSCAA and has his USSF “C” License.

Originally from Rutland, MA, Adam currently resides in Erie, CO with his wife, Kate, and their daughters, Ellie and Annie.
