Athletic Performance Camp and Injury Prevention and Nutrition Program.

Winter 2018-19

Athletic Performance Camp:

The Athletic Performance Camp, led by Leigh Veidmam, focuses on improving the speed, strength, agility and quickness of our athletes. This popular camp will again be offered during four weeks this winter. Registration for each is $70 per athlete with a maximum enrollment of 20 athletes per week.

Week 1: Nov 27-30, 2018
Week 2: Dec 4-7, 2018
Week 3: Dec 11-14, 2018
Week 4: Jan 8-11, 2019

Injury Prevention and Nutrition Program:

The Injury Prevention and Nutrition Program is part of the FC Boulder Athletic Performance Program and has been designed for players ages 13 years and older. Space is limited to 20 participants. Players will receive a custom tailored training program to help reduce the risk of injury and nutritional information to support a healthy body and mind.

Sessions will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30PM beginning on January 15 and running through February 14, 2019.

All sessions will be held at the Sports Performance Center (555 Aspen Ridge Dr., Lafayette, CO 80026).
