CAMP OVERVIEW:

This camp is designed for any soccer athlete looking to reduce their injury risk. Using Spark Motion Video Analysis, we will gain insight into how you move. Based on the information gathered, we will develop and tailor a customized camp and home strengthening injury reduction program.

The camp will help reduce your injury risk by getting stronger, improving your agility and overall athleticism.

Twice a week for 5 weeks, 10 sessions total. Personalized attention focused on 20 participants max.

When: January 17 – February 16, 2017  – Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30pm

SPEED, AGILITY, REACTION, QUICKNESS AND TECHNICAL SKILL CAMP

CAMP OVERVIEW:

This camp is designed for soccer players looking to improve their overall athleticism and technical soccer skills. Typical camps make these thingsexclusive. Using the latest soccer science methods, we will combine it all to improve your first step quickness, reaction, coordination, acceleration and technical skills!

4 individual weeks of camp are offered. You can sign up for 1 week at a time or multiple weeks. 

When:     4 days each week from Tuesday to Friday – 4:30 to 5:30pm

November 21st – 25th – *Nov 24th off

November 29th – December 2nd

December 27th – 30th

January 3rd – 6th, 2017

Who: Boys & Girls 8 years and older

Cost: $65 per person per week, POLAR water bottle and t-shirt included

Where: Sports Performance Center (555 Aspen Ridge Dr., Lafayette, CO)

These camps will be led by James Wagenschutz, FC Boulders’ Director of Athletic Performance. James has earned his M.S. in Sports Medicine, Strength and Conditioning and B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science. He has served as a college soccer fitness coach for over 10 years, is a coach for the U.S. Soccer Training Center’s in Colorado, holds a FASTER Diploma of Functional Performance and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Applied Functional Scientist (CAFS).  James also holds is U.S. Soccer ‘A’ License and has been teaching athletic development and soccer conditioning for over 17 years.
