Courtney joined the FC Boulder team in June 2017 as Competitive Registrar and Risk Management Liaison. A native of Des Moines, IA, Courtney oversees the registration process for the competitive program, assists with tournaments, handles scheduling for the club and is the conduit between the club and the referees.

Having spent eight years as a Director of Coaching with FC Carolina Alliance, Capital Area Soccer League (CASL) and Tennessee Soccer Club, Courtney most recently served as an Account Manager for Sunstates Security in Raleigh, NC.

Courtney grew up playing soccer with boys competitive teams through her U18 season. She began her collegiate career at UNC-Charlotte where she set an all-time school record with 51 points in her freshman season (21 goals, 9 assists) and was named 1st team All-American. Courtney transferred after her sophomore season to Auburn University to finish her playing career before graduating from Auburn with a double major in Sociology and Criminal Justice.

Both of her brothers influenced her interest in soccer as Chad played collegiately at Creighton University and Miami-Ohio and Josh played at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and Drake University.

Courtney has moved to Boulder with Jordan, her German Shepherd/Terrier mix.
