Drew Campbell joined FC Boulder in the summer of 2016, having previously coached for Boulder County Soccer Club. Before arriving in Colorado, Drew had been a member of the Knoxville, TN soccer scene coaching as a varsity boys’ high school assistant for two years with Grace Christian Academy, a varsity middle school head coach, and as a camp coach for Tri-Lakes FC.
During his time in AmeriCorps’ JustLead program as a youth programming coordinator, Drew organized and directed soccer camps for as many as 250 children at a time from within the “M.L.B.” neighborhoods of Knoxville.
A son of an Air Force Captain, he most identifies as being from Tullahoma, TN. He then attended the University of Tennessee where he attained a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Sport Management. He was a two-year captain for his high school, played with UT’s club team and trained with Knoxville Force before admitting his passion for the game must be expressed through coaching.
Drew has attained his Advanced National Diploma as well as the USSF “D” coaching license
Drew currently lives in Boulder, CO with his girlfriend Kaci and their heeler/pointer mix, Chief.
