Overview
Girls Program
The Girls Academy and Competitive programs at FC Boulder have been designed to provide the most appropriate playing environments for all girls interested in playing competitive club soccer. Please take a few moments to learn more about our programming options outlined below. We welcome all interested players to participate in the beautiful game with FC Boulder!
Academy Program
The FC Boulder Academy represents the highest standard of play and expectation in FC Boulder for U11-U19 boys and girls. In the U11-U14 Academy age groups, players are introduced to the habits, attitudes, and playing standards required to become an elite youth player. At the U15-U19 levels in the Academy, players are prepared technically, tactically, physically, and psychologically for successful playing and academic careers in college, or entree into the professional game.
Competitive Program
The FC Boulder Competitive Program is designed to provide a positive, engaging soccer experience that accelerates the growth of all players in the program. Our Program Directors and Coaching staff are passionate about the game, and take great pride in creating the contexts in which players are inspired to thrive. The Competitive program serves athletes of all abilities — those who are newer to the game, as well as those players who have the drive and aspiration to excel in high school and college soccer environments. The Program is tailored to the diverse, multi-faceted life of Boulder County families, and yet maintains an unapologetic drive to produce players that will contend for places within the FCB Academy program in subsequent seasons.
Recreational Program
The CSA Upper Recreational Leagues are designed for anyone wanting to continue their soccer development in a low commitment, fun recreational league. Each team will be entered into the CSA Recreational League in their correct age division. Teams are built based on players’ birth years. Leagues will be separated into Boys and Girls teams and will consist of one to two practices per week a match each Saturday during the 8-game season.
