In addition to her work with FC Boulder, Kelly is a member of the University of Colorado Women’s Soccer Coaching staff and has previous college coaching experience with Colorado State University and Regis University.

Kelly earned her Master’s Degree in 2012 in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in sports psychology and leadership from Regis University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from UNLV in 2010, where she played with the Rebels – winning a Mountain West Conference regular-season championship in 2007 and earning Mountain West All-Academic honoree three times.

Kelly has earned her United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Coaching License. She has spent 6+ years coaching in the USYS Olympic Development Program as a head coach at both the state and regional levels and has been a staff coach at national training camps, national training centers, regional camps, and sub-regional events.

At the club-level, she has spent the past 14 years coaching players of all levels and ages at Real Colorado, Las Vegas Premier, Westminster AFC and Arsenal Colorado before joining FC Boulder in the fall of 2017.
