Kyle Lineberger joined the FC Boulder coaching staff in the summer of 2011 and has held many different roles in his time at the club including Boys’ Director of Coaching U9-U12, Boys’ Director of Coaching U11-U19, and most recently Boys’ Academy Director U15-U19 in addition to being the Head Coach for the FC Boulder Harpos Men’s Team. Under Kyle’s leadership, the Boys’ Program has enjoyed much success on the state and regional level placing teams in 12 State Cup Finals since 2014 and winning 7 titles.  As a coach, Kyle has coached 3 State Cup Champions, 1 Finalist, an NPL Nationals Semi Finalist, and a Dallas Cup Finalist in addition to leading the FC Boulder Harpos Men’s Team to a UPSL Colorado Pro Premier Championship, a Mountain Premier League Championship, a Colorado Premier League Championship, and qualification for the main draw of the US Open Cup in 2020.

In his role of Academy Director U15-U19, Kyle develops, implements, and runs the training, curriculum, and coaching education across the boys’ high school academy age groups in addition to running the Boys’ College Pathway Program.

In addition to working for FC Boulder, Kyle has been a United Soccer Coaches’ Associate Staff member since 2007, administering coaching education courses through the USC to coaches in both Texas and Colorado.

A native of Lakeland, Florida, Kyle played college soccer at Webber International University (NAIA) and has earned his USC Premier Diploma, USC DOC Diploma, USSF “B” License, USSF National Youth License, USC Goalkeeping Level 3 Diploma, and FAW C Certificate (UEFA B License Part 1).

He currently resides in Longmont with his wife, Kristin, and their daughter Simone.
